Lorie Brown is an outstanding lawyer. The first time I called her I was in a crisis and feeling overwhelmed. She calmly gave me important directives that were critical for me to know so that I could do things from the very beginning to help my case. She did this without asking me for any money and explained to me exactly how the process would work and how I would pay her when the time would come to proceed with my case. She was honest and upfront with me about the fee and never once have I been charged more than she told me I would be charged. When that day did finally arrive I was in a critical situation where I could not take any time off work. Lorie met with me outside of my work hours even though it was very inconvenient for her to do so. When I met with Lorie She explained to me what I needed to do and I never felt confused about her directives. She calmly and patiently answered all my questions. It was very evident that she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I did the things that she asked me to do and she kept me informed every step of the way via phone calls and emails which were my preference. Her responses to my messages and requests were always extremely timely and her secretary was also very professional and efficient.
